One thing I remember from my youth is a great program called Baa Baa Black Sheep. It only
ran for two years, but it left me with a deep love for the F4U-1D Corsair. When I saw my first
Corsair at a local airshow, I was amazed at just how big the plane was. Of course, it had to be
large to get that massive engine and prop on the front of it. The bent wings also helped out
with prop clearance and that, along with the unique canopy, made the F4U-1D one of the most
recognized planes in World War II. From then on, I had always wanted to put together a nice-looking Corsair. That day finally came with the release of the new Hangar 9 F4U-1D Corsair
60cc. This was the perfect plane for me to finally get that Corsair I always wanted!
